Wine at Chorey-lès-Beaune: finesse and Burgundian identity
Chorey-lès-Beaune gives its name to a village appellation in its own right: Chorey-lès-Beaune AOC. Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, these red wines stand out for their suppleness, bright fruit and accessibility, while retaining the elegant signature of the Côte de Beaune.
The plots are planted on clay-limestone soils that produce well-balanced wines, often appreciated for their freshness and deliciousness. There are no flashy grands crus here, just precise, precise cuvées, ideal for understanding the spirit of Burgundy wines and the diversity of the Climats in the Burgundy vineyards.
