The Saint-Vincent Tournante Burgundy is off to a great start this year!

Since 1938, the traditional Saint-Vincent Tournante has set down its barrels in a different wine-growing village on the last weekend in January. “Cold outside, warm inside” could be the rallying cry of this nomadic celebration, a symbol of the hospitality that reigns on the Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne and in the Côte-d’Or. Every year, tens of thousands of devotees gather to raise a glass, sing at the top of their voices and get caught up in an atmosphere where the terroir is combined with sharing, just like at other major wine events.

The Saint-Vincent Tournante is Burgundy’s biggest winegrowers’ festival, celebrating Saint Vincent, patron saint of winegrowers, and showcasing local wines and terroir.

Each year, a different village becomes the setting for a colourful weekendof tastings of exceptional wines thanks to the official kits, imaginative decorations created by the locals, comfort food to brave the cold… and an atmosphere where music, traditional costumes and brotherhood parades set the pace!
