Nestling in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Saint-Aubin is distinguished by its marked relief and deep valleys, which sculpt the landscape and influence the character of the wines. The appellation stretches across well-exposed hillsides, where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir give birth to wines renowned for their freshness, tension and precision.
