The Savoir-Faire 100% Côte-d’Or brand, launched in 2019 at the Foire Gastronomique de Dijon, is there to do just that: identify all the best that the Côte-d’Or has to offer. Local products, passionate artisans, Michelin-starred chefs or gourmet bistros… in short, the Burgundian art of living in all its splendour.

21 chefs and restaurant ambassadors are spreading the word about the brand and proving that Burgundy still has plenty of surprises in store. From Michelin-starred restaurants to creative addresses, they all share the same credo: to defend good food and bring out the best in local produce. Here, gastronomy is a serious business… but above all a gourmet one.

A veritable concentrate of local produce, these books were created to coincide with the 2023 and 2024 Dijon International and Gastronomic Fairs and bring together the very best of Côte-d’Or taste. The 86 recipes, written by chefs, producers and approved artisans, reflect the soul of Burgundy: seasonal produce, local know-how and culinary creativity. Starters, main courses, desserts… each page tells a story of passion and taste, from the kitchen garden to the table.
