Dijon Fair Burgundy's autumn delights on the rise

In autumn in Dijon, it’s time for the Foire Internationale et Gastronomique, France’s 5th largest food fair: a popular and unmissable festival where taste buds travel. Just imagine, over 600 exhibitors and 150,000 visitors strolling the aisles of this fair at the gateway to the Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne, in the Côte-d’Or. Here, the culinary shows would make any TV programme green with envy, and the Burgundian ban is sung in the atmosphere of a night out… a modern nod to the heritage of the Dukes of Burgundy.

Dijon Fair 2025 crisp, fun and surprises!

This year, the Dijon International Gastronomy Fair is stepping up a gear, with an amateur pizza-making competition featuring star chef Julien Serri, a redesigned culinary stage to showcase local produce, the arrival of the Lucullus version of the Juste Prix to test your estimating skills, an XXL miniature farm to immerse yourself in local agriculture, and not forgetting a brand new P’tits Chefs area for children. And to finish on a high note, there’ll be a giant dance party on the final night, November 10, with an electro ambience and DJ set guaranteed. In short, in 2025, the Dijon Fair will be combining tradition, gourmet delights and festive innovations… to be enjoyed without moderation from 1 to 11 November.
